Le karaté-do est un art de combat à mains nues basé sur des techniques de percussion utilisant différentes parties du corps. Il consiste en des techniques offensives et défensives qui regroupent des parades, des esquives, des balayages, des projections et des clés... Le Do, voie de la connaissance nous enseigne le comportement juste envers son partenaire d’entraînement, mais aussi envers soi-même. Adaptés à toutes et à tous, le karaté et les disciplines qui l’accompagnent au sein de la fédération offrent aux pratiquants la possibilité de s’épanouir physiquement mais aussi d’adhérer à une “école de vie” chère aux arts martiaux. Les enfants y trouveront une pratique éducative et ludique qui leur permettra de canaliser leur énergie et de construire leur confiance en eux.
